Prior Experience:
Prior to law school, Lyly graduated from Stetson University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration – Accounting. After graduating from Stetson, she attended law school at Western State University. She also earned her LL.M. in Taxation, gaining a comprehensive understanding of tax law.

Volunteer Activities and Personal Life
From 2015 to present, Lyly has served as Treasurer, of a non-profit organization, Spread the Aloha to Kids, helping underprivileged children and individuals in southeast Asia.
On June 27, 2023, Lyly was appointed as a member of the Orange County Senior Citizens Advisory Council for a term concurrent with 4th District Supervisor’s term of office.
In her free time, Lyly enjoys travel, screenwriting, meditation, and scuba diving.
