Neil Cacali is Of Counsel at Zeppos Law Group, LLP. He has considerable experience in business and real estate law. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts. His diverse skill set allows him to handle a variety of legal matters involving contracts, business operation, bankruptcy, and legal compliance. He has successfully prosecuted and defended court actions ranging from: unlawful detainers/eviction actions (e.g., non-payment, rule violations, etc.); injunctions; restraining orders; mortgage modifications; personal injury matters; and general civil litigation. His accounting experience allows him to easily understand and navigate his client’s legal issues, while focusing on the important issue … his clients.

Prior Experience
Prior to law school, Neil graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with two Bachelor of Arts degrees and has a passion for giving back to his community. After graduating from UCI, he attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While studying at McGeorge, he earned his mediation certificate and served as a mediator for the Pacific McGeorge Housing Mediation Center, focusing on landlord/tenant disputes. In addition to graduating with his Juris Doctor, he was awarded concentrations in business law and tax law.
