Niky’s practice encompasses all aspects of domestic and international patent and trademark law including U.S. and international patent protection, trademark prosecution through an extensive network of trusted foreign associates. She also represents clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) in opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Beyond prosecution, Niky provides strategic intellectual property counseling, including freedom-to-operate analyses, patent infringement risk assessments, and intellectual property due diligence for acquisitions, licensing transactions, and portfolio evaluations. Her practical, business-oriented advice helps clients identify and mitigate IP risks while maximizing the commercial value of their innovations and brands.

Prior to joining Zeppos Law Group, Niky built a distinguished intellectual property practice over more than two decades, representing clients ranging from startups and entrepreneurs to established and national companies.  Her practice encompassed every stage of the trademark cycle including prosecution through enforcement.  She also participated in all aspects of U.S. and international patent protection, infringement and validity analysis and opinions and investment due diligence.

Volunteer Activities and Personal Life
Outside her legal practice, Niky is committed to giving back to her community and preserving her Greek heritage.  She is a member of the national Philoptochos Society and the Pan Arcadian Federation of America.  Niky enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines through cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
